Mean of results from calculator questions that have jump logic (skip patterns).

How can I get the mean results for a calculator where there are multiple logic jumps in the survey (e.g. people may not have answered 3-4 sections of the survey so cant take a straight average of all questions - needs to be of questions where value is greater than 0)?
