How Does "Leads" Work?
Hi, we have a limited thing named "Leads", I take that it is the number of responses we can view. But here's my question;
What happens when I reach the limit? Does my project get closed and become unavailable for new responses? Or it is just people can continue to take the quiz but I cannot view the new responses that exceed the limit?

When a person leaves his/her contact details while going through your Outgrow content, it is know as a Lead. Now there might be a limitation of the number of leads that you can collect using Outgrow. When that lead limit is exhausted, your content won't be unavailable, and you will still be able to collect leads using your content. You just won't be able to access those lead details in your Outgrow dashboard, till the time the lead limit is not revived. To get the lead limit updated, you can always reach out to us and we can assist you with a custom add on package for your lead.
