Customize outgrow for our service

Can we through some kind of api integration generate several unique links to the same quiz to distribute them to users? What is important here is not just a link, but a unique link for each of our users.
Can we then track the results of these links via api?
Can we make custom rewards fpr the quiz? For example make users pay by eternal currency for it and give our coins to winners?
