Quiz Design: How change the values for each outcomes

I developed a quiz about how stress impacts you. The outcomes are Low, Medium, or High.
How do I change the value for the outcomes, so more people can see that they are in the Medium or High range. How do I change the valuation for each of the three outcomes?
