Questions?

We want to build a paid diagnostic assessment with 46 questions and conditional branching.
The assessment calculates 9 separate diagnostic categories. Individual answers can contribute 0-3 points to one or more categories. Each question must contribute a maximum of 3 points per category.
A category may only qualify as one of the user's Top 3 results when at least two different questions provide a positive signal for that category.
Because some questions are skipped through branching, category percentages need to be normalized based on the applicable questions, not simply all questions in the assessment.
We then need to rank the 9 eligible category results and identify the Top 3. Based on combinations of those Top 3 results, we need to display different conditional result text.
We also need the final Top 3 category names, an additional “growth capacity” result and the selected combination/pattern to be passed to ActiveCampaign as separate fields/tags.
Finally, the respondent needs to receive/download a personalized PDF containing the relevant dynamic results.
Can all of this be built natively in Outgrow, without external calculation tools, custom JavaScript or Zapier/Make? If yes, which Outgrow plan supports all of these requirements?
