Which account plans includes Salesforce integration? Does Salesforce integration falls under ‘standard integration, ‘advanced access with SMB offer’, ‘Advanced integration’)?

Hello, I started with a different plan than I am currently using. And now there is a bug. The background of the welcome screen shows on the lead gen page. It should not. Please fix. Seems to be bug and something I cannot change myself.
