Hello, I am trying to find a platform that will generate reports easily that also has a sorting/ranking feature for the quiz questions. This is an important part of my resulting analysis to gather the data in this way. Does Outgrow have this feature?

Hi! This is probably a simple question, but I can't figure it out... I set up a calculator based on 14 questions. Every answer has a value of 1 to 5, so the max value for 14 questions is 196. How can I create 5 results, based on a percentage? So, result 1 = max 39,2 points (20%), result 2 = max 78,4 (40%), etc. etc. Can you help me with this please? Thanks in advance!
