I found this previous response to a question about lead generation: "To redirect the users from the lead gen form, please select the location of the form as 'Before the results'. It would make the lead gen form appear as a pop up box right before the outcomes and it would have the redirect button as well."

Graded quizzes or Polls... Where can I get those?

Outgrow's front page indicates that you offer branching questions. However, I wasn't able to find that feature.
I need to create an Outcomes quiz that asks a user a question (not graded) and depending on the response, the next question will vary. How is this done? I looked everywhere for instructions but couldn't find one.
