To test the look and feel of User Notification emails post uploading a document, here are the steps that you need to follow:

1. Login to your Outgrow account and once you are in the Outgrow dashboard, click on your name of the respective content piece to open the quiz/calculator/poll/survey in build mode.

2. Click on Configure tab in the builder dashboard, and navigate to Email Notifications sections and click on User Notifications subtab.

3. In the User Notification section, you can customize the email as per your requirement. To attach an Image or Document to the email, you need to click on the Attach button at the bottom of the email. You can choose the source from where the image needs to be picked. Once the respective file will be attached it will show in the Attachments section.

4. Once all the required changes have been made click on Send Test Email, to send a test User Notification email to yourself. Also, to make sure that the email does not land in the spam folder, you can click on Outgrow email address to your contact list to add the Outgrow email address to a trusted user list.

Once you have sent the test User Notification email to yourself, you can see how the email will appear in HTML format in your inbox.

NOTE - In the test email, variables that have been added will not work, as the email is for preview only.
