How to send lead details from multiple Outgrow lead forms in a single content piece to Zapier

Sometimes you will build content using Outgrow and would be adding multiple lead forms along with a logic jump configured, that shows only one lead form out of the three to each user. You can go through this document to learn more about how to ensure that no matter which lead form is shown to the user, the lead details are sent to Zapier.

Scenario 1: Disabling the logic jump in your Outgrow content

1. Login to your Outgrow account and open the respective content in Build mode.

2. Once your content is open in Build mode, go to the respective question where the logic jump has been applied. Click on Logic Jump option.

3. Click on Reset All to reset the logic jump that has been applied to control which lead form will be shown to which user.

4. Once the logic jump is removed click on Publish to save the changes. Post publishing the changes, submit a new lead using the live content link.

5. Now you can go into your Zapier account, and open the respective zap in configure mode. Pull a fresh lead in the Test Trigger step. All the fields from the multiple lead forms in Outgrow will be pulled in Zapier, and you can then map the respective Outgrow fields with the fields in your CRM.

6. Once the fields are mapped, you can go back to your Outgrow content and configure the logic jump that was removed initially. Make sure you click on Publish to save the changes.

Scenario 2: Mapping the fields for each lead form separately without disabling the logic jump

1. Login to your Outgrow account and open the respective content in Build mode.

2. Now using the live content link, go through the content and submit your lead details using the 1st lead form.

NOTE: As you have logic jump configured, you need to make sure that for the remaining questions, you choose options appropriately so that you don't have to go through the other lead forms that you have added to your content.

3. Now you can go into your Zapier account, and open the respective zap in configure mode. Pull a fresh lead (that you just submitted using your Outgrow content) in the Test Trigger step. All the fields from the 1st lead form in Outgrow will be pulled in Zapier, and you can then map the respective Outgrow fields with the fields in your CRM.

4. Once the fields are mapped, you can go back to your Outgrow content and post reloading the content, you need to follow steps 2 and 3, but this time you need to submit your lead details using the second lead form, and you need to select the answer options in such a manner that you skip lead form 1 and 3.

5. Now you can go into your Zapier account, and open the respective zap in configure mode. Pull a fresh lead (that you just submitted using your Outgrow content) in the Test Trigger step. All the fields from the 2nd lead form in Outgrow will be pulled in Zapier, and you can then map the respective Outgrow fields with the fields in your CRM.

6. Lastly, you need to follow step 4 again but this time you need to submit your lead details using the 3rd lead form. Post that, you can go into your Zapier account, and open the respective zap in configure mode. Pull a fresh lead (that you just submitted using your Outgrow content) in the Test Trigger step. All the fields from the 3rd lead form in Outgrow will be pulled in Zapier, and you can then map the respective Outgrow fields with the fields in your CRM.

7. Now all the lead form fields will be mapped in your Zapier account, and data will be captured accordingly.
