Configuring Native Integration B/W Outgrow & Monday
Monday.com is a popular cloud-based platform that helps teams manage their projects and daily work. It offers a comprehensive "Work OS" system that goes beyond project management software. Here are its key features:

With our newly introduced native integration functionality, you can now collect leads using Outgrow and push them to monday.com. This document will help you understand how to configure the native integration between Outgrow and monday.com.
Here's what you will need to get started:
A. An Outgrow account with an active subscription plan.
B. An active monday.com account.
C. A live Outgrow content piece.
How to configure the integration
To configure the integration between Outgrow and monday.com, here are the steps that you need to follow:
1. Log in to your Outgrow account and select the appropriate content piece.
2. Open the respective content in Build mode.
3. Click on the Configure tab and then navigate to the Integrations sub-tab. Under Integration, go to Native Integrations and scroll down to monday Integration.
4. Click the configure icon for native integration with monday.
5. An integration configuration window will open After clicking the Configure Integration icon. Click on Authenticate With monday.
6. To authenticate your monday account, you must use the credentials you use to log into your monday.com account.
7. Once your account is connected, choose whether you want to Proceed With Board or you want to Proceed With Segments.
8. If you opt to send the leads you collect using Outgrow to a Board in your monday account, you can select a Group to which the leads will be added.
9. If you opt for Proceed With Segments, you can map the respective Outgrow Segments with the appropriate monday Board and Group.
10. Once you have selected the appropriate Board and Group, you can map the respective Outgrow fields with the respective fields on monday. Click on Test Connection to authenticate the field mappings.
11. You can configure Double Opt-In functionality if required, otherwise, click Finish to save the configuration and set the integration as active.
Additional integrations related actions
After configuring and activating the integration, you can access the monday block to view additional actions that can be performed on the monday integration. There are four options available:
A. Re-configure: If your monday.com credentials have changed or if you want to connect Outgrow with a different monday account, you must reconfigure your Monday integration to continue receiving Outgrow leads in your monday account.
B. View Mapping: If you need to review the fields that you have mapped to configure your Outgrow and monday integration, click View Mapping.
C. Task History: This section contains a list of all the leads sent to monday. If leads fail to sync for some reason, they will be shown as "Failed." If this happens, you can sync the leads to your monday account after reconfiguring. If the leads are waiting to be synced, they will have the status "Waiting."
D. Filter: If you would like to set up a quick filter using First Name, Last Name, and Email Address to see if the lead was sent on monday or not, you can use this feature.
Important Note
For every Outgrow content piece you create, you will have to activate or deactivate the integration from the Configuration section in the builder, in order to start or stop sending leads collected in Outgrow to monday.
